These Terms & Conditions only cover our Refer a Friend Prize Draws and do not cover the wider Terms and Conditions of our Refer a Friend scheme. Please see here for these Terms and Conditions.

1. Meaning of certain words

In these terms:
We use the words “RIFT”, “we”, “us” and “our” when referring to RIFT Tax Refunds, a trading name of RIFT Ltd. We’re a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company number: 04088211). Our registered office is The Cobalt Building, 1600 Eureka Park, Upper Pemberton, Ashford, Kent, TN25 4BF.

1.1 Definitions:

The “referrer” is the individual that provides the name and contact details of a family member, friend or colleague, to allow RIFT to contact said person and promote their tax refund service.

The “referee” is the individual who’s name and contact details have been provided to RIFT, by someone else.

2. Eligibility

2.1 This offer is available exclusively to referees who have been referred to RIFT as part of our Refer a Friend programme between 1st September 2024 and 17th November 2024 and have not yet contacted us.

2.2 Claimants must agree to these Terms & Conditions in order to be eligible for referral payments and the Refer a Friend Seasonal Prize Draw. Registration with RIFT and use of the Refer a Friend page on our app or website is considered acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2.3 RIFT reserves the right at its absolute discretion to disqualify referrers whom it considers do not comply with these terms and conditions and to change the qualifying criteria and/or prizes for any future promotions, not yet started.

2.4 RIFT shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age, and other relevant details of a claimant.

2.5 By entering the Refer a Friend scheme and quarterly promotion prize draws, the referrer agrees to release RIFT from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Refer a Friend scheme or with the acceptance, possession, attendance at or use of any coupon (except death or personal injury caused by RIFT’s negligence, for fraud, or otherwise as prohibited by law).

2.8 There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition

3. The prize draws

3.1 Vouchers Prize Draw:

3.1.1 Eligible referrees will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £25 One4All vouchers upon completing a conversation with a RIFT Tax Refund expert.

3.1.2 The referee must speak with RIFT before 1st December 2024 to receive entry into the Voucher Prize draw

3.1.3 There is no cash alternative for this prize

3.1.4 We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice

3.1.5 The winners will be chosen and contacted at the beginning of December

3.1.6 The voucher will be issued digitally after the prize draw has closed

3.1.7 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason
